Petrochemical and Chemical Manufacturing
KJE delivers brownfield electrical and instrumentation in active operating units, including Class 1 Division 1 and Division 2 environments, blast resistant control buildings, QC laboratories, and hazardous chemical storage facilities. Our long term EPC partners include Alfred Palma, Group Construction, Gibbs Construction, Worley, and Arkel Constructors.
Liquified Natural Gas
KJE has been a preferred contractor at Cameron LNG for over 8 years, completing more than 300 projects in support of LNG liquefaction operations. Our work focuses on non energized testing and verification activities including motor starter testing, instrument calibration, loop checks, insulation resistance testing, MCC and control circuit continuity verification, interlock testing, and equipment function verification. Recent recognitions include the Cameron LNG Train 1 Turnaround Accolade (2025) and Cameron LNG Work Permitting Recognition (2023).
Government and Federal Services
Kaough & Jones has delivered government electrical and instrumentation work since 1986, with active
credentials at federal Strategic Petroleum Reserve sites, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers projects, and multiple
state and local government facilities. Our federal experience predates most regional competitors. We hold
active SAM.gov registration and have multiple Department of the Army Letters of Recommendation on file.
